KITS
The kits are made to be removed in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, from your gun. There is no need for any modifications to the
gun or barrels to use any of the kits. Most of the kit bodies are made from strong but lightweight, vacuum- formed .090 HIP (high impact
plastic) except the M1/M14 paintball kits which are made from real wood stocks (a small hole is needed in the stock trigger for a proper
fit on the M1/M14 .30 and .50). The kits are for LOOKS ONLY and add NO ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE to your marker. They are
"dress-up kits" and do not provide any added range, accuracy or convert your marker to full automatic. The Browning .30 and Browning
.50 and Mg42 kits can fit most any type of paintball marker.
SHIPPING
ALL ORDERS ARE ON A MINIMUM 8 WEEK TURNAROUND TIME.
All items are mailed using the USPS 2-3 day priority mail or UPS, both with delivery confirmation unless other arrangements are made
prior to shipping.
RETURNS
Cushman Custom Creations works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with their order. To return an item, you must first
contact us and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This can be done by contacting us at: roja2007@comcast.net
No returns will be accepted without the RAN. We will need the following information included with your email:

Date Received

Cushman Custom Creations accepts returns on most of the items within a 30 day period. However, we reserve the right to deny any
return after 30 days of delivery or if we feel the reason given does not warrant a RAN. Shipping charges are not refundable and the cost
to return the item is the buyers responsibility. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all authorized returns. Should a returned item be
received and found not to have a problem or look as if it has been used or mistreated we reserve the right to return the item. If the
purchase was made through Paypal any fees taken will not be refunded.
NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The gun kits and replicas (deluxe or unbuilt) are NON RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE due to the fact that each one is
handmade to custom fit the marker it was ordered for and we cannot re-cut it to fit another type of marker. The deluxe and unbuilt
replicas are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. All information and pictures shown on the website do indicate what is
included with the deluxe and unbuilts. All paintball marker kits are test fired and checked for any problems before leaving the shop.
REPLACEMENT
If you should receive an item that appears to have been damaged, a replacement can be requested, if it falls within the 30 day delivery
time frame. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for the replacement and we reserve the right to request the
damaged item be returned before a replacement is sent.
CANCELLATION
Once an item has been ordered there is up to a 25% cancellation fee applied if an order is cancelled before the time of shipping.

OLD STYLE MARKER KITS
Any kit ordered for some of the older style markers like the Spyder One or Stingray are not able to be returned OR cancelled.
These kits are able to be returned or exchanged should they arrive damaged in the mail.
INSURANCE
All marker kits and deluxe replicas are insured for the full replacement value through the USPS or UPS. Should any order arrive
damaged, broken or not a arrive at all please e-mail us at roja2007@comcast.net We will send the insurance papers to you within 3
working days. Please note that in order to file any insurance claim you must have the damaged item, original box and all packing
material that was included in the shipping box to present to the USPS or UPS with the insurance paper work (unless the order did not
arrive at all).
